How The Kidou System Works

Alright Kaisuke has added newly Well done Kidou System Now How it works? Well Now for shinigami's to become Shini's You must Complete the Following:
1.Die To A Hollow Or Any Player Or Any NPC And Become A Soul.
2.Once a soul Take The left path to the Soul Society
3.Once in the Soul Society Go North-West And Find The School (It's Labeled School)
4.Once you enter the School Go North And take the Left Path Up You will see 3 NPC's Shinigami Academy Teacher,Full Fledge Shinigami Teacher,And the Squad Changer.
5.Now that you are Up to Date with the NPC's Goto the Right of The school INSIDE not OUTSIDE And you will see Log's You must Train on those logs Until You Achieve Level 100.
6.Once you have achieved Level 100 Goto the Shinigami Academy Teacher And talk to him he will ask if you want to become a Shinigami Trainee Say yes.
7.Then you will get 2 skills Byakurai And Rai Something.
8.Now you must look at The Vitals tab Scroll down You will See 2 Arrows That Go Like This <-------> And under Them 4 Skill Named Byakurai,Shakkahou And 2 others (Fix that Later when I get on) And you will see I believe Next to them all THe number 30 And the % Sign.You must raise this Percent of Byakurai To 100% to do so Just Spam Use Byakurai You don't have to Hit any NPC's Just shoot the Wall or air Till 100%.
9.Finally After 100% Mastered Byakurai We goto The Full Fledge Shinigami Teacher Talk to him And become a Full Fledged Shinigami.You may also Talk to the Shinigami Squad changer after becoming A Full Shinigami to Enter One of the 13 Squads Or Kido Corps.That is how the Kidou System Works.
10.Extra:Attain Level 125 To Achieve Your Shikai And Attain Level 250 To Attain Your Bankai Note: You must have Shikai Mastered To use Bankai.If you do not know how to master Your certain Shikai Ask One of the 4 Current GM's: Zoanthrope,Hyper,Knightz, Or Kaisuke On how to Do so Or Ask your Fellow Players.
11.Quick Note: You do not Have to Master Shakkahou Or the 3 Other Skills You just needed to master Byakurai Ignore those skills.

All kidou come with a mastery of 50% I believe.
