Idea Thought of Ieuanm's reply that Ichigo/Grimmjow release give attack speed, maybe it shouldn't be nerfed. Instead, I'll suggest that you make Espada npc's to have a re-spawn delay like Numeros and Hollows.Without the re-pawn delay, it makes them like training logs instead of considering it as a grinding method. This can be a solution for balance too.
