My idea is to bring all of kidous used in anime/manga. The more powerfull the biggest number it have, some of the kido should be available only for kido corps and some from quests.
And here is list of kidou spells.

More will possibly be added, and they won't be as deadly as the show depicts them because of balancing issues. You have to wait and see.

More Kidou would be nice, to give players a reason to play Full Fledged Shinigami other than getting that sweet Captain's Coat.
